Mary was born Dec.29, 1955, in Chicago; Was married to Stan Clements of Mauston, Wisconsin, for many years, divorced, than married Steve Owen on Oct.9, 1998 in Rolling Meadows. Mary is survived by her husband, Steve; children, Tim, Kristin, Kyle, Claine, and Christopher; mother, Maria Kuzmiak; brothers and sisters, Eugine, Michael, Nancy, Irene, Sophie and Anna; and many nieces and nephews. Memorial contributions in her name may be made to the American Cancer Society.
